Absolutely no room for growth. They hire some i exterior the visitor who's never worked with selling instruments before for a job you've worked towards for over 2 years. Engineering science is dated and barely works. We begged for new computers weekly and they would prevarication to the states about getting them soon. IT told me in that location was only one guy doing a chore that needed like at least 5 so everything was so slow. I'thousand sure every one quit in that area too. Our computers were so slow it made the job impossible. We were lucky if they turned on. There was a LOT of lying from upper management to brand yous hopeful and stay. We had multiple DMs, all with completely dissimilar views. My DM was actually scary how manipulative they were. Every one in the area had something to bad to say almost them. I didn't know one person that actually liked my recent DM. Really atrocious company to piece of work for honestly. Grooming is atrocious and every thing is EXTREMELY complicated and outdated for newcomers that are just thrown in the store. The pay is admittedly atrocious. Commission was impossible in our surface area. Forcefulness yous to call x customers most sales, 10 about lessons DAILY and if y'all don't write "10" in a spreadsheet daily you're basically grounded. On elevation of all that, we had new bugs every week. When I spoke to the company about them, they would question me and tell me it tin't be that bad. It was that bad. Left once at that place were cockroaches. This company is managed so so poorly.

As independent contractors we were forced to surrender our status equally independent contractors to become corporate employees and we took a huge pay cutting. I dearest the musical side of Music & Arts, the walls are covered from peak to bottom with instruments and I love hearing and experimenting with all of them. Information technology's very make clean as nosotros sanitize everything after information technology'due south been used, and then there's not much business organisation about playing our displays. The people are amazing, I wouldn't give up any of my associates for the world. The manager is doing a wonderful job at bringing the store back upward to where information technology was earlier the pandemic, and I recall he has practiced humor also.
Cons
The just thing that bothers me sometimes is the lesson schedule. Don't go me wrong, our lessons here are really slap-up, it'southward just that the figurer systems we apply, like our POS, are very erstwhile and inefficient. It tin can be disruptive sometimes but we always figure information technology out in the end. That's the only thing I would modify nigh working hither.
